- Does the software work without internet?
- Yes. It installs on the business computer and works there. Internet is only for installing, updating and paying.
- Who sees my sales and my customers?
- Only you. Your sales, your stock and your customers' accounts stay on your computers. We never receive them.
- How many computers can I install it on?
- Two: the till and a second machine. Both work without internet and agree with each other over your own network.
- What happens when the free trial ends?
- The software stops and shows the payment window. Your data stays on your computer, and you can save a copy of it from that window. As soon as the licence is paid, it opens again by itself.
- What if my trade is not on the list?
- Tell us from the list of trades, with your number. More trades are on the way, and if your need is particular we can build it to order.
- What if I need help?
